Photo Record of 2020, capturing a memorable year

At the end of 2019, the Parish Council invited residents to help capture on camera the life of the village throughout 2020.  We had no idea then, of course, how the year would turn out!   Before we forget what has happened, we want to make sure we have a wide spectrum of photos to act as a photographic record of 2020.

So, please can you have a look through the photos you have taken in Cherry since the beginning of January?  We are looking for photos that capture a whole range of aspects: seasonal nature images (there have been plenty of good ones on the village Facebook sites), photos of village activities like the VE celebrations or foodbank collection, lockdown memorable moments or just scenes from everyday life in 21st century Cherry Willingham.

All the photos accepted for the historical record will also be shown on a big screen at our next Parish meeting and potentially used in news items and publicity material.  It will be a great way to celebrate all that our village has to offer, as well as recording a significant year in the life of Cherry for the future!

The formal bit: If you submit any photos to the Parish Council in connection with this photographic record it will be deemed that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.  But please don’t be put off - read on!
