Minutes of the meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council’s Planning Committee held in the Millennium Hall on Friday 1st November 2019 at 7.30pm
Present: Cllr.Houghton (Chairman), Cllr. Brylewski, Cllr. Robinson, Cllr. D. Bates (Minute taker), Cllr. Palmer
Absent: Cllr. Scott
1. Apologies, including to accept these and the reasons for absence, where given
There were no apologies.
2. Members declaration of interest, gifts and hospitality
There were none.
3. To receive the notes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 23rd September 2019 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.
It was RESOLVED to accept the notes as minutes and were duly signed.
4. To consider applications submitted for comment
i) 140025 Removal of Public Payphones
There were no objections to the removal of the public phone box on Laburnum Drive. The Planning Committee discussed the possibility of having a defibrillator fitted in it but decided that a better position would be on the side of the Cherry Tree Inn to the south of the village.
ACTION: To be discussed at Full Council
ii) 140083 77 Minster Drive, LN3 4LH
Planning application for removal of single storey garage, utility and porch, and erection of two storey side extension and entrance porch.
No objections.
iii) 140172 58 Croft Lane, Cherry Willingham LN3 4JP
Planning application for single storey extension to rear
No objections.
ACTION: Clerk to advise WLDC on Parish Council’s comments regarding applications.
5. Update on recent training on the Planning process
Cllrs. who had attended recent training had mixed feelings about the effectiveness of the training with some feeling it had been useful, others that it was too in-depth.
6. Any matters for report and notice of items to be included in the next agenda
There were none.
