A meeting of Finance & General Purposes Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Tuesday 27th October 2020 at 10.00am
It is expected that all members of the committee will make every effort to attend. Any member unable to attend should pass their apologies to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. A Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held. The Public may address the Committee on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.
Any members of the Public wishing to attend should contact the Clerk before 12 noon on Monday 26th October who will give guidance on Covid 19 Measures and the etiquette for the meeting.

1. To resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence
2. Member’s declarations of interest, gifts and hospitality
3. To receive the Notes of the meeting held on 29th May 2020 and agree for them to be signed as a true record
4. To receive a review by the RFO of the Council’s Expenditure Year to Date against the Budget for the year 2020/21
5. To consider grant applications received from village organisations
6. To consider rate fixing for 2021/2022 and to review all Provisional Budget amounts and agree them if necessary subject to referral to Full Council
7. To review all policies pertinent to this committee and to consider the necessity to obtain 3 quotes for all amounts over £500
8. Items for report, or for inclusion in next agenda.
