4. To consider applications submitted for comment:

ii) 140355 Land adjacent to Wesley Road, LN3 4GT: Outline planning permission to erect 19no. dwellings, third phase of scheme for housing, all matters reserved
iii) 140158 Bleak Farm – Application Refused
