A meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council's Planning Committee will be held on Monday 1st November 2021, at 7pm in the Millennium Hall.
It is expected that all Members of the Committee will make every effort to attend. Any Member of the Committee who is not able to attend should pass on their apologies to the Parish Clerk. At the start of the meeting, a Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held. The Public may address the Parish Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.
Members of the Public who wish to attend, should contact the Clerk, before 12:00 noon on Friday 29th, who will give guidance on the etiquette for the meeting.
AGENDA
1. Welcome and to resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence.
2. Members' disclosure of pecuniary interests.
3. To receive notes of the last meeting held on 20th September 2021 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.
4. To consider applications submitted for comment
a) Application Reference No:143811 - removal of reserved matters at the Marina Development
b) Any other applications received.
5. To receive an update on any progress relating to the development of Land off Rudgard Avenue.
6. To review the local plan consultation document in relation to the Cherry Willingham Neighbourhood Plan and agree any actions.
7. Any matter for report and notice of items to be included in the next agenda.
8. To confirm the date of the next meeting
