The next meeting of the Planning Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Thursday 20th October at 7pm. It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee (Cllr Trevor Bridgwood) or the Clerk/RFO.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held. The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.
Agenda
1. To resolve to receive any apologies and accept reasons for absence.
2. Declaration of interest: To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda item listed below.
Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item of interest being declared. To note dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.
3. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on 9th June 2022 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.
4. Planning application -142874 Rudgard Avenue.
i) To discuss the approval of outline planning for up to 144 dwellings and decide the PC's approach and preparation for the full application when it is submitted.
5. Any matter for report and notice of items to be included in the next agenda.
6. To confirm the date of the next meeting.
