Annual Parish Meeting 15th May 2024
The Annual Parish Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 15th May 2024 at The Vine.
Doors will be opened at 6.30pm and the formal meeting will start at 7pm. It is expected to finish by 9pm.

Note: There will be opportunities for residents to ask questions and comment after
each report. A refreshment break will be taken at an appropriate opportunity during
the meeting.

Welcome, introductions and explanation of purpose of meeting.

To receive the notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 8th March 2023 and sign them as a true record.

To award the Stead Award for 2024.

To receive a report from Cherry Willingham Primary School.

To receive a report from Pembroke Academy.

To receive a report from WLDC.

To receive a Finance Report from the Responsible Finance Officer of the CWPC.
