Annual Parish Meeting 6th May 2026

 

The Annual Parish Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 6th May 2026 at The Vine.

 Doors will be opened at 6.30pm and the formal meeting will start at 7pm. It is expected to finish by 9pm.

Note: There will be opportunities for residents to ask questions and comment after

each report. A refreshment break will be taken at an appropriate opportunity during

the meeting.

 

  1. Welcome, introductions and explanation of purpose of meeting.

 

  1. To receive the notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 7th May 2025 and sign them as a true record.

 

  1. To award the Stead Award for 2026.

 

  1. To receive a report from Reepham Primary School. - Mrs Amy Jackson - Head Teacher

 

  1. An update from Nettleham Medical Practice.- Stacey Forbes-Oatley - Practice Manager.

 

Interval

 

  1. To receive a Finance Report from the Responsible Finance Officer for CWPC.

 

  1. To receive a report from our Lincolnshire County Councillor -Cllr Trevor Bridgwood.

 

  1. To receive a report from the Chair of Cherry Willingham Parish Council.

    1. To receive a report from the Cherry Fields Committee. - Cllr J Robinson

 

  1. Any other questions and comments from residents concerning the work of the Parish Council.

 

  1. Vote of thanks and close.
