Human Resource Committee held on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 10:00 in the Millennium Hall.

1 Member in attendance :- brought their concerns and queries to the committee on how they feel the running of particular activities are being carried out.

To elect a minute taker.
RESOLVED unanimously to elect the Clerk, as they were available.

To note and record apologies and absences.

To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.

To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 01st December 2025 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.
RESOLVED unanimously to approve the minutes from the 01st December 2025 as a true record.

To review and approve the Flexible working policy.
DEFERRED this needs a rewrite due to legislation change and the policy being outdated

To review and approve the Training and development policy.
DEFERED requires minor changes, Cllr R Houghton to bring back to the next meeting.

TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS
