The next meeting of the Village Improvement Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Thursday 05th March 2026 at 10:00am.  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee

or the Clerk.

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

1. To note and record apologies and absences.

2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.

3. To receive notes of the Village Improvement Committee Meeting held on Thursday 08th January 2026 as a true record.

4. To discuss approve safe delivery point/ box for Millenium Hall

5. To discuss and approve the purchase of 2 monitors for the staff. 

6. To discuss and approve any necessary action regarding a communication strategy. 

7. To discuss and approve any necessary action regarding the use of CIL

8. To discuss and resolve any necessary action regarding the defib at the Parade, need for blood packs

9. To discuss options of a new office for the Parish Council.

10. To discuss and approve any necessary actions concerning Millennium Hall.
