The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held at 7.30pm on Monday 16th March 2020 in the Millennium Hall.

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held. The public may address the Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

1.   Apologies, welcomes and attendance, including to accept apologies and the reasons for absence, where given.

2.   Members’ disclosure of pecuniary interests.

3.   To receive any reports from outside bodies, including the Police, District and County Councillors (if any) and agree actions as required.

4.   Chair’s remarks.

5.   To receive the notes of the Council meetings held on 17th February 2020 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

6.   To receive the schedule of receipts and payments (attached) for February 2020.

7.   To receive reports and recommendations (if any) concerning the business of the Council and its Committees, Sub-committees etc, and agree any actions accordingly: (Note: queries from minutes, please see the individual chairs or members outside of the full council meeting to expedite the meeting).

a)   Consider request for additional funds of up to £400 from under-spent budgets for improvements to the Woodland Walk

b)   Consider request of £1000 from under-spent budgets to hold 2 x Tree-planting events to plant 600 trees.

C.   Leisure & Amenities Committee (L&A) – Chair: Cllr Robinson

i)   Update on Burial Ground Fence,Gate and Paving

D.   Website and Technology – Cllr Baker

Update on computer upgrade.

9.   To consider and approve Applications for Grant Aid from

i)   Cherry Willingham Bowls Club

ii)   Cherry Willingham and Reepham Scout and Guide Group

10.   To consider continuation of the tenancy agreement in respect of Tanfaine-RFO

11.   Donation of planters by Galliford Try- update Cllr Brylewski

12.   To consider vacancies on committees and appoint Cllr David Leader as appropriate

13.   Update on Photographic Competition and to choose winners for January and February - Cllr Robinson

14.   Discuss the protocol of decision making within the Parish Council and agree any actions as necessary- Cllr Burge

15.   To consider any amendments to the Health and Safety Policy and to approve adoption of the policy subject to any agreed changes.

TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
