A meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council’s Cherry Fields Committee will be held on Monday July 12th 7pm at The Vine Centre.

It is expected that all Members of the Committee will make every effort to attend.  Any Member of the Committee not able to attend should pass their apologies to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. A Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held.

The Public may address the Parish Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items. Any member of the public who would like to attend the meeting should contact the Clerk, before 12:00 noon on Friday 9th July 2021, who will give guidance on the etiquette for the meeting. If you are telephoning, please leave a message giving your name and contact number and the clerk will call you back.


1.   Welcome and resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence.

2.   Members' disclosure of pecuniary interests.

3.   To receive the notes of the CFC meeting held on 14th May 2021 and to agree for them to be signed as a true record.

4.   To receive a report on maintenance and project work undertaken since the last meeting, including the ramp and steps to the riverbank (NH/BR)

5.   To receive an update on the budget expenditure to date (NH)

6.   To review the remaining programme of works for the forthcoming months, including possible hire of equipment and purchase of materials (NH/BR)

7.   To receive an update on the Community Orchard (NH)

8.   To review the recent amendments made by Full Council to the Open Space Policy and resolve on any further changes required

9.   To note that Full Council has deferred discussing the report on Rewilding Tanfaine

10.   To agree any actions concerning submitting projects for future funding to LCC’s Environment and Community Projects Officer and entering the Lincs Environmental Awards 2021

11.   To receive brief reports from members on actions/issues arising since last meeting and resolve actions required (if not itemised on agenda above and dealt with already):

a)   Health and Safety (AG/NH/BR)

b)   Grants (HM)

c)   Ditch maintenance (AG)

d)   General path/track and site maintenance (BR/NH)

e)   Grass Cutting (NH/BR)

f)   Woodland and Meadow Project (NH)
