A meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council’s Cherry Fields Committee will be held on Wednesday 8th September at 7pm at The Millennium Hall

It is expected that all Members of the Committee will make every effort to attend.  Any Member of the Committee not able to attend should pass their apologies to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. A Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held.

The Public may address the Parish Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items. Any member of the public who would like to attend the meeting should contact the Clerk, before 12:00 noon on Tuesday 7th September 2021, who will give guidance on the etiquette for the meeting. If you are telephoning, please leave a message giving your name and contact number and the clerk will call you back.

 

1)   Welcome and resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence.

2)   Members' disclosure of pecuniary interests.

3)   To receive the notes of the CFC meeting held on 12th July 2021 and to agree for them to be signed as a true record.

4)   To receive a report on maintenance and project work undertaken since the last meeting.(NH/BR)

5)   To receive a report on Expenditure v Budget year to date(NH)

6)   To receive a report on the Co-op grant application (HM)

7)   To review the remaining programme of works for the forthcoming months, including possible hire of equipment and purchase of materials, including the possible advance purchase of fencing materials and lagoon timber edging. (NH/BR)

8)   To review the Community Picnic preparations and agree any actions accordingly.

9)   To receive an update on the Community Orchard (NH)

10)    To discuss and agree any actions in relation to the residents survey results as applicable to this committee.

11)   To consider a request for signs for ‘Warning Pedestrians crossing’ on Fiskerton Road near the entrance to Cherry Fields and consider any other signage required

12)   To discuss the Maintenance and Project Budgets for 2022-2023 and agree as applicable.

13)   To note the letter from Worth Unlimited to the Parish Council re future plans for The Oasis and to make comments before passing the matter onto Full Council. 

14)   To receive a report on the recent beetle survey undertaken at Cherry Fields (NH)

15)   To receive brief reports from members on actions/issues arising since last meeting and resolve actions required (if not itemised on agenda above and dealt with already):

a)   Health and Safety (AG/NH/BR)

b)   Grants (HM)

c)   Ditch maintenance (AG)

d)   General path/track and site maintenance (BR/NH)

e)   Grass Cutting (NH/BR)

f)   Woodland and Meadow Project (NH)

g)   Dog exercise area and o ff lead strip

h)   Bike Track (BR)

i)   Oasis

16)   To agree the date of next meeting.
