The next meeting of the Leisure and Amenities Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Monday 3rd August 2026 at 19:00  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee - or the Clerk.

 

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

  1. To note and record apologies and absences.

  2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.

  3. To receive the minutes of the L & A Committee meeting held on the 1st June 2026 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

      1. To discuss and resolve any necessary action following playground inspection

      1. To discuss and resolve any necessary action following playground inspection
