September 2021 Minutes Employment Cttee (Rev2)
Minutes of Cherry Willingham Parish Council's Employment Committee.
Held at The Millennium Hall on Monday 27th September 2021 at l2pm.
Present: Cllr Bucke (Chair), Cllr Palmer (Vice-Chair), Cllr Burge, Cllr Brylewski, Cllr Fleetwood, and Cllr Mellor.

No Members of the Public were in Attendance.
1. Apologies, including to accept them and the reasons for absence, where given.
Cllr Scott was absent due to a prior appointment.
It was RESOLVED to accept her reasons for absence.
2. Councillors declaration of interest, gifts and hospitality
None.
3. To receive the notes of the Employment Committee meeting held on 1st June 2021 and agree for it to be signed as a true record
It was RESOLVED to accept the notes and they were duly signed as a true record.
Cllr Burge asked for a note to be added to the minutes that he was not happy with the process adopted by Full Council in respect of some of the committee's recommendations in the last minutes dated 1st June 2021 ref. 4ii) as he thought any amendments should have been referred back to this committee.
The Clerk clarified that she had spoken to Cllr J. Robinson (Chair of the Parish Council) following the Employment meeting on the 1st June 2021. A note of the conversation had been put on the Clerk personal file.
4. TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS.
It was unanimously RESOLVED to move into Closed Session.
