A meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council’s Leisure and Amenities Committee will be held on Friday 21st May 2021 at 7pm at The Vine Centre, The Parade, Cherry Willingham.
It is expected that all Members of the Committee will make every effort to attend.
Any Member of the Committee not able to attend should pass their apologies to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Prior to the start of the meeting, a Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held. The Public may address the Parish Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items. Any member of the public who would like to join the meeting should contact the Clerk, before 12:00 noon on Thursday 20th May 2021, who will give guidance on the etiquette for the meeting. If you are telephoning, please leave a message giving your name and contact number and the clerk will call you back.

1. Election of a Chairman
2. Election of a Vice-chairman
3. Election of a member to the Finance and General Purpose Committee.

5. Members declarations of interest, gifts and hospitality
6. To receive the notes of The Leisure and Amenities Committee meeting held on 26th April 2021 and agree for them to be signed as a true record
7. Laburnum Drive Playing Field and St Paul’s Play area.
To receive an update on the water supply for the surface cleaning at Laburnum Drive and to resolve to agree a compensation payment for the supply.
8. To approve the amended Open Space Policy.
9. Burial Ground:
a) To accept a quote for the replacement of the burial ground notice board.
b) Agree to amend the Burial Charges to clarify that the headstone, cremation stone, receptacle and inscription charges are in addition to the burial fees.
c) To agree the charges for the burial of children under 18 years who live in the Parish when there is no parents grave.
10. General
1) Any other matters to report or for inclusion in the next agenda.
