The next meeting of the Fundraising Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Tuesday 04th June 2024 at 19:00.  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee - or the Clerk.

 

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

  1. To elect a Chair

  2. To elect a minute taker.

  3. To elect a Vice-Chair

  4. To elect co-opted non-councillor members on to the committee 

  5. To note and record apologies and absences.

  6.  To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.

To note dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.

  1. To receive the minutes of the meeting held on 16th May 2024 and approve them as a true record.

  2. To appoint a Councillor as a representative on the Finance & General Purposes Committee.

  3. To receive a report on the dog show held on the 1st June 2024 and agree to any action.

  4. To discuss and agree any actions for the Produce Show 14th September 2024.

  5. To discuss and agree any action for the Light Switch on 23rd November 2024.

  6. To discuss and agree any action for the Christmas Quiz on 7th  December 2024
