The next meeting of the Fundraising Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Wednesday 30th October 2024 at 19:00.  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee - or the Clerk.

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

Agenda

1. To elect a minute taker.

2. To note and record apologies and absences.

3.  To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.

To note dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.

4. To receive the minutes of the meeting held on 4th September 2024 and approve them as a true record.

5. To consider a committee name change to ‘Event & Fundraising Committee’ and approve any necessary actions.

6. To consider  taking the responsibility of the purchase of the annual Christmas Tree as recommended by the Village Improvement Committee and approve any necessary actions.

1. To discuss and agree any action for the Light Switch on 23rd November 2024.
