The next meeting of the Human Resource Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Thursday
the 26th June 2025 at 12:00pm. It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any
member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of HR or the Clerk.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held. The
public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

Agenda
1. To elect a chair.
2. To elect a Vice-chair.
3. To elect a minute taker.
4. To note and record apologies and absences.
5. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and
consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other
interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.
6. To elect a member of the Finance & General Purposes Committee.
7. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 07th May 2025 and agree for them to be
signed as a true record.
8. To approve the expenditure for the Clerk to attend ‘LALC’s Summer Conference 2025.
9. To review and approve the Induction & Probation Policy.
10. To review and approve the Appraisal Policy.
TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN the
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO
THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO
THE FOLLOWING MATTERS
11. To receive a report from a line manager regarding staff welfare.
12. To confirm a date for the next meeting.
