The next meeting of the Human Resource Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Monday the 12th November 2025 at 10:00am.  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of HR or the Clerk.

 

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

  1. To elect a minute taker.

  2. To note and record apologies and absences.

  3. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.

  4. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 20th October 2025 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

  5. To discuss and resolve any necessary action whether there are any HR Policies that HR need to consider adopting.

TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS

 

  1. To receive a report from a line manager regarding staff welfare.

  2. To receive a report on the RFO annual Appraisal. 

  3. To discuss and approve any necessary action regarding staff salaries.

  4. To confirm a date for the next meeting and any items to discuss
