It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of HR or the Clerk. Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held. The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct. 4. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 21st August 2025 and agree for them to be signed as a true record. 5. To resolve office opening hours over the Christmas Period (See proposed rota) 6. To review and approve the Appraisal Policy. 7. TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN the ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS 8. To receive a report from a line manager regarding staff welfare. 9. To receive a report on the Clerks annual Appraisal. 10.
