To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.

To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 21st August 2025 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.
RESOLVED unanimously to sign the minutes from the 21st August 2025 as a true record.

To resolve office opening hours over the Christmas Period (See proposed rota)
RESOLVED unanimously to approve the proposed rota.

To review and approve the Appraisal Policy.
RESOLVED unanimously to approve the Appraisal policy. And to recommend FC.
TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN the
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO Her attendance record is excellent.

RESOLVED unanimously to go into closed session 10:07am

To receive a report from a line manager regarding staff welfare.
It was reported that staff are being scrutinised and micromanaged which is an unhealthy
environment to work in and this was being addressed.
A statement by the Chair will be read out at Full Council.

To receive a report on the Clerks annual Appraisal.
Overall the Clerk was happy and committed to the Council. She continues to learn and has
completed more CPD throughout the year.
