Neighbourhood Plan – Grant Application
The expression of Interest was submitted immediately after the last meeting, but nothing has been heard yet. Cllr. Houghton has emailed Steve Kemp to see if we should chase up the application form. Cannot make a contract with him until we know we can apply for funds. Cllr. Houghton will chase on Friday if necessary.
-
To discuss and resolve any responses to the following planning applications
-
WL/2024/101026 Land adj Walk House, Green Lane. Erection of 1 dwelling. Infill. No objections even though it is outside the settlement boundary. Must not be a precedent for further development along Green Lane.
-
WL/2024/01049 16, Fiskerton Road, single storey side and rear extension. No objections
-
WL/2024/01052 2 Oak Crescent, Lifting of roof, creating of a habitable space, removal of existing chimney. No objections.
-
Any matter for report and notice of items to be included in the next agenda.
-
Training. Introduction to the National Planning Policy Framework. A Zoom training session to be given on 4th Feb. Cllr. Houghton to enquire if all committee can attend. Committee should take advantage of training opportunities, especially the implications of devolution. Can we take professional advice from on call consultants? (will depend on costs). Is there money in the budget for training? (to enquire at Finance and General Purposes Committee)
-
Does the PC have a login for Ordnance Survey to obtain up to date maps? To check if we still have a ‘local authority service level agreement with O.S.’ Certainly had one a couple of years ago. We need to build up a library of resources.
-
Date of next meeting
Confirmed as Tuesday 4th February 2025 at 19:00 in the Millenium Hall. This is the same date as the NPPF training. If anything crops up concerning the N.P. that needs immediate action may need to alter the date.
Meeting closed 19:40
