The next meeting of the Finance and General Purposes Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Tuesday 13th January 2025 at 2pm. It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee, Cllr A Burge or the Clerk.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held. The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

To receive notes of the F&GP Committee Meeting held on the 21st October 2025 and approve as minutes. 1.
FINANCE

To receive the end of quarter summary from the RFO and review the variances from the budget.2 Consider any budget changes for 25/26 to recommend to Full Council.

To review and make recommendations to full council on the grass cutting tenders for 26-27.3

To consider the quotes for moving to a council owned email domain 4

To review the provisional budget including suggested new projects for the financial year 26-27. Subject to Full Council approval. 5

To consider the precept calculations for 26-27 subject to Full Council approval. WLDC requires the final claim form by 23/01/26.
