The next meeting of the Finance and General Purposes Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Tuesday 7th July 2026 at 10.00am. It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any member not able to attend to pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee or the Clerk.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.
The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
