The next meeting of the Leisure & Amenities Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Monday 17th February 2020 at 7.00pm.
It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to the Chair of the Committee.

3. To receive the notes of the Leisure & Amenities Committee meeting held on 28th January 2020 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.
Burial Ground:
4. To receive an update on matters relating to the replacement or repairing of the damaged fence and provision of the new gate and agree suppliers/contractors as necessary.
Laburnum Drive Playing Field:
5. To consider quotes for replacement surface work on the roundabout and agree a contractor.
6. To confirm the date and time of the site meeting at the Bowls Club.
