A remote meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council’s Leisure and Amenities Committee will be held using video conferencing on Monday 1st June 2020, at 7pm
It is expected that all Members of the Committee will make every effort to attend. Any member of the Committee who is not able to attend, should pass on their apologies to the Clerk.
Prior to the start of the meeting, a Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held. The public may address the Parish Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items
Members of the Public who wish to attend, should contact the Clerk, who will provide details on joining the meeting via Google Meet.

To consider and agree the actions required to comply with Coronavirus Guidelines which fall within the Leisure and Amenities remit.

To agree a new litter bin for Laburnum Drive.
05/20/7 To Consider Employing a Maintenance Person
To consider employing someone to oversee / undertake the maintenance of Laburnum Drive Playing Field, St Paul’s Play Area and the Burial Ground.

To receive an update from the RFO regarding the budget for the L&A Committee.
