Annual Parish Meeting Monday 9th May 2022 7pm
Residents are invited to the Annual Parish Meeting on Monday 9th May 2022 in the Main Hall of the Priory Pembroke Academy. Doors will open at 6.30pm and refreshments will be available. The formal meeting will start at 7pm and is expected to finish by 9pm.

Note: There will be opportunities for residents to ask questions and comment after each report. A refreshment break will be taken at an appropriate opportunity during the meeting.
1. Welcome, introductions and explanation of purpose of meeting.
2. To receive the notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 21st June and sign as a true record.
3. To receive a summary of the accounts for the financial year 2021/22.
4. To receive brief reports on various aspects of the work of the Parish Council during the last year, including:
i) Allotments
ii) The work of the Village Improvement Committee, including a report on speed data collected
iii) The work of the Leisure and Amenities Committee
iv) The work of the Cherry Fields Committee
v) The work of the Planning Committee
5. To receive the proposed budget for the financial year 2022/23.
6. To receive an update on the Jubilee Celebrations and consider any suggestions for a permanent Jubilee memorial.
7. To receive reports from District and County Councillors and outside bodies (if any) and receive questions from residents if appropriate.
8. To receive any other questions and comments from residents concerning the work of the Parish Council.
9. Vote of thanks and close.
