The next meeting of the Planning Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Thursday 26th
January 2023 at 7pm. It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any
member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee (Cllr
Trevor Bridgwood) or the Clerk/RFO.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.
The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda
items.
 
Agenda
 
1. To resolve to receive any apologies and accept reasons for absence.
2. Declaration of interest: To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in
respect of the agenda item listed below.
Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item of interest being declared. To
note dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of the agenda items
listed below.
3. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on 20 th October 2022 and agree for them to
be signed as a true record.
4. To note the receipt of the following planning applications since the last meeting and the
actions taken.
i) 145686 – St Matthew’s Close - Single storey side and rear extension
ii) 145733 – New Crescent - Single storey extension & erection of new timber fencing
to boundaries
iii) 145740 – Laburnum Drive - Single storey front extension
iv) 145735 – Land to South of Wesley Road – Entry level exception site consisting of
20 affordable houses – phase 3 – resubmission of 143260.
v) 145892 – Westering, 85 Waterford Lane – First floor extension over existing
converted garage. Variation of condition 2 of PP 143234.
 
vi) 145921 – Fiskerton Road -Remove existing garage and erect single storey side
extension.
vii) 146023 Waterford Lane -– Erect a single detached garage.
viii) 146026 – Land adjacent to 2 Minster Drive -Erect 1 x bungalow with front & rear
dormer windows.
ix) 146040 – Mayfair Close-Remove Conservatory and erect a single storey rear
extension.
 
5. To consider the email received regarding the request for additional feedback on Planning
Reference 145022- 11 Church Lane and approve action as necessary.
6. Neighbourhood Plan Review. To consider engaging a planning consultant to assist with
the Neighbourhood Plan review.
7. Any matter for report and notice of items to be included in the next agenda.
8. To confirm the date of the next meeting.
