Dear Member 

You are hereby summoned to a Planning Committee meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council which will take place at The Millennium Hall, Cherry Willingham at 7:00pm on Monday 29th January 2024 which the under mentioned business will be transacted. 

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum of no more than 15 minutes may be held. The public may address the Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

Agenda 

  1. To appoint a minute taker.

 

  1. To elect a Chair

 

  1. Apologies, welcomes and attendance, including to accept apologies and the reasons for absence, where given. 

  2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct. 

  3. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 24th October 2023 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

  4. Neighbourhood Plan review. Members should have conducted their own review of the new local plan and be ready to discuss its implications for the current CW Neighbourhood Plan and raise any areas for improvement in the existing plan. 

  5. To discuss and resolve any action in relation to sourcing an outside body in updating our neighborhood plan.

  6. To discuss sourcing a grant to aid with neighborhood plan update.

  7. To discuss the below applications
