The next meeting of the Planning Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Tuesday 26th November 2024 at 19:00  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee Cllr R Houghton or the Clerk.

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

Agenda 

 

  1. To elect a minute taker.

 

  1. To note and record apologies and absences.

 

  1. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct. 

  2. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the Tuesday 10th September 2024 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

  3. Neighbourhood Plan - Grant application

  4. To discuss the following planning applications.

    1.     a. 5 Hawthorn Ave - erection of a single dwelling

    2.     b. 64 Lady Meers Road - conversion of existing garage

    3.     c. Land off Hawthorn Ave - erection of 5 dwellings

 

  1. Any matter for report and notice of items to be included in the next agenda 

  2. To confirm the date of the next meeting .
