You are hereby summoned to a Human Resources Committee meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council which will take place at The Millennium Hall, Cherry Willingham at 2pm on Wednesday 10th January 2024 at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum of no more than 15 minutes may be held. The public may address the Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

Apologies, welcomes and attendance, including to accept apologies and the reasons for absence, where given.

To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.

To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 6th December 2023 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

To discuss and resolve the Clerk contract.

To discuss and consider the recruitment of an admin assistant.

To discuss what information is required to be kept on Councillors, for example Training, Safeguarding, Skills and Well being
Resolved to move to closed session in accordance with the public bodies(admission to meeting) act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in relation to the following matters
