The next meeting of the Human Resource Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on
Friday the 05ͭtɦ July 2024 at 16:00. It is expected that all members will make every effort to
attend. Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the
Committee Cllr Fleetwood or the Clerk.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be
held. The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future
agenda items.

1. To note and record apologies and absences.
2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and
consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests
or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.
3. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 28tɦ May 2024 and agree for them to
be signed as a true record.
4. To review and resolve any amendments within the employment contract that are required
in line with the new legislation.
5. To discuss and resolve holiday requests.
6. To discuss and resolve office opening hours for Christmas 2024
