The next meeting of the Human Resource Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Wednesday the 17th April 2024 at 14:00.  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee Cllr Fleetwood or the Clerk.

 

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

Agenda 

  1. To note and record apologies and absences. 

  2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct. 

  3. To receive the notes of the last meeting held on the 10th January 2024 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

  4. To discuss the possibility of recruitment of an assistant for the Clerk and title and recommend to full council

  5. To discuss and agree hours of an Assistant and recommend to full council

  6. To discuss the Job description of the Assistant and recommend to full council

Resolved to move to closed session in accordance with the public bodies (admission to meeting) act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in relation to the following matters.

  1. To discuss the Clerks 6 month Probation.

  2. Items for next meeting

  3. To confirm a date for the next meeting
