The next meeting of the Leisure and Amenities Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Monday 10th June 2024 at 19:00 It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee - or the Clerk.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held. The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

To resolve which equipment to purchase using the FCC Community Action Fund .

To discuss and agree sanctions with a joint application for a the DEFRA grant

To discuss any matters relating to trees and approve any necessary action if required.

Matters relating to Laburnum Drive Playing Field & St Pauls play area.
