The next meeting of the Village Improvement Committee will be held in the Millennium Hall on Thursday 2nd November  2023 at 10:00am.  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chair of the Committee Cllr Andrew Burge or the Clerk/RFO.

 

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held.  The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

  1. To discuss a 30mph sign on Green Lane.

 

  1. To discuss and resolve options with the office printer and inks.

 

  1. To discuss and resolve the hedge at Tanfaine.

 

  1. To discuss the Lincolnshire Resilience Forum correspondence received any actions necessary.

 

  1. To discuss and resolve the purchase of safe.

 

  1. To discuss options for the VIC projects


 

  1. To discuss the logistics of managing the grazing fields and the tenancies
