3, To receive the minutes of the HR meeting of 6/12/23

4, To discuss and resolve to agree Clerk contract
Confirmation of annual leave as 23 days plus 2 statutory days, Clerk contract to be amended to reflect this Action Mrs Burge
Letter also to be sent to RFO to reflect these changes Action Mrs Burge
5, To discuss and consider the recruitment of an admin assistant
Due to Clerks current workload it was agreed to re-visit this proposal in 6 months Actual calculations for salary and hours will be needed for finance purposes.
6, Discuss what information is required to be kept on Councillors, ie training, Safe guarding, Skills and Well being
Form circulated by Clerk as an example of good practice to be proposed to Full Council for use, it is appreciated that Councillors can chose not to complete the form
