 Meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council’s HR Committee held on 28th May 2024 at 2pm in the Millennium Hall

 

Present: Cllrs Fleetwood, Mellor & Mrs Burge

 

1, To elect a minute taker

 Minute taker Cllr Mrs Burge elected,                                                      Resolved

2, To elect a chair for the HR committee

Cllr Mellor was elected as chair for the HR committee     Resolved

Cllr Mellor thanked Cllr Fleetwood for all his work over the last year as chair of this committee

3, To elect a Vice Chair for the HR committee

Cllr Mrs Burge was elected as Vice Chair for the HR committee     Resolved

4, To elect a member for the Finance and General purpose committee

Cllr Mellor was elected to represent on this committee     Resolved

5, To note and record apologies and absences

Cllr Palmer and Bucke

6,  To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct

7, To receive the notes of the meeting held on the 17th April 2024 and agree for them to be signed as a true record

8, To discuss and approve adding to the existing Grant policy for grants coming in/out

To recommend to full council the grant policy put together Resolved

9, To discuss and resolve any amendments within the employment contract that are required in line with new legislation

To amend Pay and Benefit wording, include working from home and flexible working and this to be reviewed annually

10,To discuss and approve the new job advert for the Administration Assistant
