1, To note and record apologies and absences.
None
2, Declarations of interest. To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.

3, To receive the minutes of the HR Committee meeting held on the 5th July 2024 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

4, To discuss the appointment of a new RFO and approve any actions necessary to recommend to Full Council
As the Council are looking to move to an accounting software system, it was agreed this would be done after the appointment of a new RFO, the specific system to be used to be costed by Clerk and go to next Full Council meeting for approval

Advert for new RFO to be 8 hours, at JLC scale 14- 17 depending on experience
To be advertised locally and with LALC Action Cllr Mrs Burge and Clerk
Job description to have 3 items added
i, Grant applications
ii, To attend FC meetings and others as requested
iii, A knowledge of accounting software

Advert to go out on 20th August, closing date 13th September
Shortlisting to take place on 18th September 2024, interviews to take place the w/c 23rd Sept or 30th September
