A meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council's Planning Committee will be held on Friday 21st May 2021, at 7.30pm at The Vine Centre, The Parade, Cherry Willingham. It is expected that all Members of the Committee will make every effort to attend. Any Member of the Committee who is not able to attend should pass on their apologies to the Parish Clerk. Prior to the start of the meeting, a Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held.The Public may address the Parish Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.
Members of the Public who wish to attend, should contact the Clerk, before 12:00 noon on Thursday 20th, who will give guidance on the etiquette for the meeting.

1.To Elect a Chairman.
2.To Elect a Vice-chairman
3.To Elect a member for the Finance and General Purpose Committee.
4.Welcome and to resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence.
5.Members' disclosure of pecuniary interests.
6.To receive notes of the last meeting held on 26th February 2021 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.
7.To consider applications submitted for comment:
i)Application Reference No: 142874: 144 houses on land to the north of Rudgard Avenue. (Public consultation to be held at the Parish Annual Meeting on 21st June 2021)
ii)Any other applications received
8.Any matter for report and notice of items to be included in the next agenda
9.To confirm the date of the next meeting
