A meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council's Planning Committee will be held on Monday 28th June 2021, at 2pm at The Vine Centre, The Parade, Cherry Willingham. It is expected that all Members of the Committee will make every effort to attend. Any Member of the Committee who is not able to attend should pass on their apologies to the Parish Clerk. Prior to the start of the meeting, a Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held.The Public may address the Parish Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

Members of the Public who wish to attend, should contact the Clerk, before 12:00 noon on Friday 25th, who will give guidance on the etiquette for the meeting.

AGENDA

1) Welcome and to resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence.

2) Members' disclosure of pecuniary interests.

3) To receive notes of the last meeting held on 21st May 2021 and agree for them to be signed as a true record.

4) To consider applications submitted for comment
