A meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council’s Village Improvement Committee will be on Monday 30th May at 10am in the Millennium Hall, High Street, Cherry Willingham.

The Public are welcome to attend and should contact the Clerk prior to the meeting.


AGENDA

1.   To elect a Chairman.

2.   To elect a Vice- Chairman.

3.   To elect a representative for the Finance and General Purposes Committee.

4.   To resolve to receive any apologies and accept reasons for absence.

5.   Declarations of Interest: To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below. 

Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item and type of interest being declared. 

To note dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below. 

6.   To receive the notes of the Village Improvement Committee Meeting held on 4th April 2022 and approve as Minutes.

7.   To resolve to request Glendale to quote to cut verges in Green Lane and approve the necessary expenditure (Cllr Brylewski). 

8.   To consider “Dogs on Leads” signs and resolve to approve any quotations.

9.   To consider buying additional litter bins to attach to Speed Signs Posts and approve the expenditure.

10.   To consider a plan on how best to utilise the Maintenance Budget.

11.   To consider the Christmas Tree ordering, Lights event and Quiz event dates and expenditure for referral to Full Council.

12.   To consider the Questions raised by the members of public at the APM regarding a Footpath on Fiskerton Road, Potholes in the Village and a Bus Route to the Hospital and take any appropriate Actions 

13.   To consider appointing a member to liaise with LCC about tree maintenance.

14.   To consider whether there should be a Flag policy and suggest a possible wording for referring to Full Council

i)   To receive an update on the Defibrillator Pads

j)   To receive an update on the CCTV Policy.

k)   To receive an update on the Bus Shelter cleaning contract
