Minutes of Cherry Willingham Parish Council at 7.00pm on Thursday 30th September 2021 at The Vine Centre, Cherry Willingham.
Present: Cllrs Jenny Robinson (Chair), Trahearn (Vice-Chair), Bates, Bridgwood, Bucke, Andy Burge, Angela Burge, Brylewski, Fleetwood, Houghton, Mellor, Palmer, Barry Robinson and Scott.

The meeting commenced at 7.00pm
2021-122 To resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence received by the Clerk, prior to the meeting.
Cllr Lacy had sent his apologies as he had a previous appointment.
It was RESOLVED to accept his apologies.
2021-123 To receive declaration of interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations (Declaration of any disclosable interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the Members’ register of interests).
None
2021-224 To consider the Oasis tenancy and the proposed transfer of their lease from Worth Unlimited to the YMCA and agree any actions.
Following a comprehensive discussion it was proposed that the council should decline the proposed transfer of the Oasis tenancy from Worth Unlimited to the YMCA
with the proviso that the Parish Council would be prepared to discuss with other organisations, including the YMCA, a new lease should Worth Unlimited wish to relinquish their lease in the future.
It was RESOLVED unanimously.
ACTION: Clerk to notify Worth Unlimited of this decision.
