Minutes of the Extraordinary Full Council Meeting of Cherry Willingham Parish Council
held at 7.00pm on 03rd August 2023 held at The Vine, Cherry Willingham
Present: Cllr Mr A Burge (Chair), Cllr M Palmer (Vice-chair), Cllr Mrs A Burge, Cllr I Fleetwood, Cllr V Houghton, Cllr K Mellor, Cllr J Trahearn, Cllr S Bates, Cllr R Houghton.
Mrs L Clinkscales – Assistant Clerk.
A member of the public was in attendance and expressed an interest in the Planning section on the agenda.
The meeting commenced at 7.00pm
2023-55 Apologies, welcomes and attendance, including to accept apologies and the
reasons for absence, where given.
RESOLVED unanimously to accept the apologies from Cllr J Robinson, Cllr P Bucke Cllr B Robinson, Cllr T Bridgewood & Cllr S Brylewski
2023-56 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the
Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary
Interests or other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.
NONE
2023-57 To approve the recommendation of any action by the contractor in relation to
the deceased ash trees at the Tanfaine site and approve costs.
RESOLVED unanimously to approve the quotation of contractor number one of the cost of up to £1750.00. It is hoped to book contractor number two within the week to utilise the road traffic management system that's already in place due to Anglian Water work being carried out in the area to save the cost. Contractor number two had the availability within this week and would cost the sum of £1400+vat.
