NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 22nd NOVEMBER AT 7.30PM at The Vine Centre, The Parade, Cherry Willingham.
It is expected that all Members of the Council will make every effort to attend. Any Member of the Council who is not able to attend should pass on their apologies to the Parish Clerk.
At the beginning of the meeting, a Public Forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held.
Members of the Public who wish to attend, should contact the Clerk, before 12:00 noon on Friday 19th.

AGENDA
1. To resolve to receive apologies and accept reasons for absence received by the Clerk, prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declaration of interests in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations. (Declaration of any disclosable interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the Members’ register of interests.)
3. To discuss the possible siting of Allotments and a future Burial Ground on either Cherry Fields or Tanfaine.
4. To resolve on the location of the Allotments and a future Burial Ground.
5. To agree the next steps required to work towards the fulfilment of any resolution agreed.
