The Spring Annual Parish Meeting is to be held on Monday 21st June 2021 in the Main Hall of the Priory Pembroke Academy. Doors will be open at 6.15pm, the formal meeting will start at 6.30pm.
Due to Covid restrictions, numbers are very limited and places must be booked with the Clerk and will be allocated on a first come basis. Members of the Public who wish to attend, must book with the Clerk before 12:00 noon on Friday 18th, who will also give guidance on the etiquette for the meeting.
Agenda
1. Welcomes, introductions and explanation of purpose of meeting.
2. To receive the notes of the last Parish Meeting and sign as a true record.
3. To receive a brief report from the Chairman on the work of the Parish Council during the last year.
4. Finance: To receive a summary of the accounts for the financial year 2020/21
5. To receive questions and comments from residents concerning the work of the Parish Council.
6. Vote of thanks and close.
